Attitude of achievement
You can develop an attitude of achievement.
To achieve success requires the right attitude: a thought process that will lead you to accomplish anything you desire.
What does it mean to develop an attitude of achievement?
Positive thinking is one of the most powerful and underused aspects of all success. This requires having the right—not unrealistic—attitude in all situations. Positive thinking will not allow you to do anything you desire, but it will help you do everything better than a negative attitude will.
See your goals
Nothing is ever accomplished unless there is first a clearly defined goal of what is desired. Know what your goals are, have them written down, look at them, think about them, and visualize your achieving them. This is the fertile ground where achievement grows is in the mind.
Act with enthusiasm
When you act with enthusiasm, the feeling of excitement follows, but you must act with enthusiasm regardless of how you feel. Enthusiasm is oxygen to the fire of success. Without it, your flames of desire for achievement will soon flicker out.
Remember what Nathaniel Howe and Eleanor Roosevelt said about achievement:
The only way to be nothing is to do nothing.
You must do the thing you think you cannot do.
