YOUR positive mental attitude leads to goal achievement.

YOUR positive mental attitude leads to goal achievement.

This week, I want you to think about the ways in which your mental attitude affects your ability to reach your goals. Only with a positive mental attitude is long-term success attainable.

What does it mean to have a positive mental attitude?

It means taking control.

It means staying free of negative thoughts.

It means self-motivating.

Take Control
To maintain a positive attitude, you must accept the fact that you have total and complete control over your own thoughts. Your determination to think optimistic thoughts is essential in maintaining a positive mental attitude.

Lose the Negative Thoughts
Keeping your focus on positive thoughts and off negative ones requires staying free from thoughts of fear, doubt, and self-imposed limitations.

Find positive quotes and affirmations that you can memorize. Then, when negative thoughts enter your mind, you can replace them immediately with a positive self-motivator.

Remember what others have said about having a good attitude:

We become what we think about.
Earl Nightingale – The Strangest Secret

Mental attitude is the quality of the mind, which gives power to one’s thoughts and plans.
