An ID says who we are and where we are from.
Successful sales professionals have IDs as well. Our IDs tell others who we are, and they remind us of what we need to do.
I – Integrity and Initiative are required for selling success. Being a person of integrity simply means we do what we say. And having initiative is required to be creative and active.
D – Desire and Discipline are the heavy equipment need for sales success. A burning desire is the fuel of success, and it keeps you going when you want to quit. And without discipline, success is unattainable. Discipline is the capability to do what you need to do when it needs to be done, whether you want to or not.
