You can make friends with failure.
Failure, like a good friend, will tell you what you need to know to get better.
What does it mean to learn from failure?
Keep failure in perspective
It requires effort to think positive in times of failure. You must remember that failure is never fatal unless you say it is.
Keep failing regularly
If failure is not a part of your career path, you are not putting forth enough effort in trying new things. Every wrong endeavor defined is one more barrier removed. Overcoming a failure puts you one step closer to new opportunities.
Keep failure in focus
Apply the needed effort to understand what caused the failure and then look for a new pathway to success. Failure lets you know what you donít know and tells you what you need to learn.
Remember what Robert Kiyosaki and Mickey Rooney said about failure:
Sometimes you win. Sometimes you learn.
You always pass failure on your way to success.
