Sales never get better — until People do.
My initiation into the world of sales happened long ago: at the age of 18 — straight out of high school — I sold cemetery plots door-to-door.
You can bet there were days I dreaded facing rejection from people who surely needed what I was selling but just as surely didn’t want to admit it.
That was over four decades ago.
In the ensuing years, I’ve had the honor and pleasure of building a rewarding career in direct sales, middle management, and upper management.
My passion is to challenge, motivate, and inspire others by sharing my experiences and insights — and especially the timeless and powerful principles that have shaped those experiences and insights.
My keynotes are chock full of stories, tips, and techniques that reflect and are based on those principles. To explore how I can help your sales team, please contact me today.

The Power to Prospect
Sometimes the simplest truths are the most powerful. When it comes to selling, I have been preaching one of the simplest and most powerful truths of all for decades:
If you don't have people to see, then nothing else really matters.
Why do some salespeople have an inadequate supply of leads and prospects? Because they allow destructive emotions to cloud their thinking, disrupt their routines, and weaken their motivation. In this keynote presentation, I will change the way your salespeople approach prospecting.
In this presentation you will learn:
- The main obstacles to prospecting and how to overcome them
- Why rejection is a good thing and how to start treating it as such
- How to keep going when you feel like stopping
- How to develop the discipline for daily prospecting
